What's included?
Room rates (see below) for lodging are based on double* (two persons) occupancy and include lodging and a full country breakfast**. Each of our comfortable rooms has a private bath, telephone*** (unlimited, free local calls), cable TV/VCR, CD/radio, hair dryer and air conditioning.

*Except for the Family Suite for which the rate includes two adults and up to three children.
**Although Bobby's breakfasts are very popular, on some Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays breakfast is at the nearby Eaton Village Store - just order what you want and they bill us. It gives you a chance to see our charming country store and really get a taste for the local life. And since they serve breakfast until 11am, you can sleep in if you want!!
***Our area currently does not have cell phone coverage - we suggest purchasing a calling card to use during your visit.

Check in - Check out

Check in time Wednesday through Sunday is 3:00-10:00 PM (if your arrival time will be after 10:00 PM, kindly let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements).

Check in time Monday and Tuesday is 3:00-6:00 PM (if your arrival time will be after 6:00 PM, kindly let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements).

Check out time is 11:00 AM (there is a $50 charge if you require a late check out).

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We are unable to hold a room without a deposit equal to one night's stay or 50% of the total for a one night's stay. Refund of a deposit - minus a 10% processing fee of the entire bill - will be made if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire cost of your room unless we are able to re-rent your room to another guest (although a 10% processing fee of the entire bill will still be in effect).

During peak foliage season and holidays, we require 30 days notice for any cancellations.

"No shows" on scheduled arrival dates and departures earlier than scheduled will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total bill.

For Getaway Packages with the Stone Mountain Arts Center, we require a 50% deposit on any major credit card with the remainder due upon arrival. Because of the popularity of these concerts and the limited number of tickets, Getaway Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. We treat these packages as you would when you purchase tickets to any other concert.
